Our Story

A Home Built With History and Heart

What began as a vision became reality with our first Tahoe home on Sacramento Avenue. Built decades earlier by an architect for his twin daughters, the house carries a rare sense of character — from original logwood staircases and thoughtful stonework to a salvaged historic gas lamp that once lit the street and now glows over the backyard bocce court.

From planting hydrangeas and herb gardens to designing interiors with intention, we’ve poured love into every detail so guests can walk in and instantly feel at home. Over the years, Sacramento Avenue has welcomed families who return season after season, creating their own Tahoe traditions. One family even became so inspired by their time here that they went on to purchase a home of their own in Al Tahoe — a reminder of the lasting memories these homes create.

Homes Meant to Be Shared

Our second property, a rare lakefront retreat, truly felt like it chose us. For years, we dreamed of owning a home right on the water — and then, during a morning walk, a “For Sale” sign appeared where we least expected it. That moment marked the beginning of another chapter. With sweeping lake views, secret nearby beaches, and front-row sunsets, it’s everything we ever imagined lake life could be.

Both homes reflect not just our love for Tahoe, but our passion for design, community, and hospitality. As owners of a real estate and staging company, we’ve carefully curated each space with quality furnishings, thoughtful layouts, and cozy touches — creating places where guests can gather, connect, and make lifelong memories.

Our motto has always been Mi Casa es Tu Casa. These aren’t just rentals — they’re homes filled with stories, heart, and the magic of Tahoe. We’re grateful to share them with you, and we hope you feel as at home here as we always have.
